Yes, all students undertaking nationally recognised training in Australia need a USI. It serves as a reference number that creates a secure online record of your training and qualifications. Intercept Training cannot issue a Certificate or Statement of Attainment without a verifiable USI (some exemptions apply - see www.usi.gov.au).

You can search for your USI on the USI site (www.usi.gov.au). Input your details and your existing USI will be emailed to you. If you don't have a USI, you can easily create one at the same website.

Yes, Intercept Training is an approved provider for Smart & Skilled funding in NSW. Eligible residents may receive subsidised enrolment into approved qualifications. See details here.

Intercept Training has a fair and equitable refund policy:

• Full Refund: If Intercept Training cancels a course before commencement.

• Partial Refund: If you cancel your enrolment within specific timeframes before the course starts.

• No Refund: If you cancel within 72 hours of course commencement or after the course has started.

Students are expected to:

• Attendance: Attend all training sessions punctually. Absences should be communicated in advance.

• Behaviour: Maintain a mature and professional manner, respecting others, and adhering to student etiquette guidelines. Misconduct, including cheating, harassment, or discrimination, will not be tolerated.

All SOA's and Certificates are emailed directly to each student. Please check your inbox and junk mail in search of your SOA/Certificate. If you are unable to find this, you can contact the Intercept Office on (02) 4350 1000 and request this be re-issued. Please note that re-issuing of SOA/Certificates can incur an admin fee.

Contact your Qualification Course Coordinator and discuss this. You will need to complete a Credit Transfer Application Form. In order to determine that you have completed relevant units successfully, the Course Coordinator will ask for a copy of your SOA/Certificate transcript showing competency in certain units before determining if a Credit Transfer can be granted.

I did my RSA and/or RCG and I haven't gotten my interim certificate

You're Interim certificate will be emailed to the email you provided on the day of your training. Be sure to check your inbox and junk mail. This email will come from a 'noreply' email directly from Liquor and Gaming NSW. If you have not received this, please call Liquor & Gaming NSW directly.

Payment must be made in advance to secure your place in the course. We require full payment before the training date to confirm your booking.

If you are unwell on the day of your course, please call us as soon as possible to inform us that you will not be attending. Under our training guarantee, you can rebook the course up to two times without needing to make an additional payment, provided it is within a six-month period.

Yes, we offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for eligible students. If you have relevant experience, skills, or prior qualifications, you may be able to have them assessed for credit towards your course. Please contact us for more information on the RPL process and eligibility requirements.
